Welcome to Prevention Research Consortium Corp

ABOUT US

Prevention Research Consortium Corp is a non-profit organization focused on reducing the global burden of dementia.

Our vision is to utilize  genomic and biomarker analysis tools to create a proteogenomic risk assessment model that  accurately predicts the future incidence  and stage of multiple causes of mild cognitive impairment, especially due to late onset Alzheimer's Disease .  An advanced model for comorbidity and all causes of adult dementia prediction  is an essential part of our multi site and international study plan.   We hope to provide  clinical  validation data of proteogenomic models that  can accurately identify High Risk Pre-LOAD subjects  5-10 years before  plasma brain derived pTau217 crosses over into cutoff based  positivite status ( before neuronal  cell death ).  Data from our international and multi-site  study's findings could revolutionize early intervention strategies for dementia care.

Our Mission

Develop and validate scalable biomarker tools for the early prediction and staging of mild cognitive impairment ( The precursor to All Cause Dementia) . We leverage proteomic, genomic, and AI-driven approaches to enable accurate, accessible early detection of  mixed pathology cases.

Building on this foundation, we aim to promote unbiased and independently validated technologies to improve detection and prevention of all diseases. Our goal is to help drive the shift from precision medicine to precision health—moving from reactive care to proactive, individualized prevention.

By  integrating  genomic, exposomic ( pollutants, diet + microbiome), metabolomic, proteomic, immunome, and RNA technologies into rigorous clinical research, we seek to deliver evidence-based strategies that improve outcomes, personalize care, and reduce the global burden of dementia and other diseases.

We evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of biomarker tools with a focus on early prediction or diagnosis of Late-Onset Alzheimer's Disease (LOAD). While our current efforts center on Alzheimer's, our General Proteogenomic and Exposome Approach is broadly applicable to advancing precision healthcare across a wide range of conditions.  Our External link opens in new tab or windowLOAD Biology Model is being evaluated in a prospective  clinical study  to assess  tools  that predict and subclassify Mild Cognitive Impairment .   We plan to continuously evolve our transparent  mathematical models and data collection tools to meet the challenges of predictive analytics.
